Exchange
  • MAURA shipment errors, including incorrect quantity, wrong product and incorrect mailings, the return and re-mailing fees bear by MAURA. Customers must able to present the receipt of the return mailing fee, and MAURA will refund the amount according to the amount in the mailing receipt. However, if customers fail to present the receipt of return mailing fees, there will be not refund of return mailing fees. The postage fee will be determined by the actual weight and volume of the package. Please ensure that the package volume and weight when returning the package are logical.
  • Products must be returned without affecting its second sale, otherwise the refund will be automatically cancelled. If the goods are found to have been damaged during transportation, you must contact MAURA customer service immediately with the photo attachment; otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • Customers may choose to use the mailing box provided by MAURA or any mailing box (if using a new box, the customer will bear for the cost of purchasing the box).
  • Re-mailing of new parcels will be done within 24 hours after receiving the return of the parcel (except on weekends, Malaysia and state public holidays)

Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
  • If the courier company returns the parcel to MAURA due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by customers, customers will be responsible for the re-mailing fees.
  • If the customers do not accept the parcel and the parcel is returned to MAURA, customers will bear the re-mailing fees.
  • Re-mailing of new parcels will be done within 24 hours after receiving the return of the parcel and the remailling fees.(except on weekends, Malaysia and state public holidays)
  • MAURA will not accept the cancellations for reasons such as incorrect/incomplete mailings or fail to accept parcel. If the customers do not pay the re-mailing fees within 90 days, the parcel and products will be owned by MAURA.
  • Unclaimed parcels after 90 days will be owned by MAURA and no refunds, returns, compensation and discounts will be provided.

Products sold are not refundable
  • Orders with completed payments will not be refunded.
  • If the parcels or products are found to have been damaged during transportation, you must contact MAURA customer service immediately with the photo attachment. MAURA customer service will handle the remailing of the parcel as soon as possible. Damage to the parcel or products during the mailing process will not be accepted for refund requests (click here for more details).
  • Any lost of parcel during the delivery (based on the tracking status from Pos Laju as standard), MAURA will borne the re-mailing and arrange second time delivery. Lost to the parcel during the mailing process will not be accepted for refund requests (click here for more details).
